Herba cuisine offers cooking courses for all interest groups. Here, everything is centered on the topic BASIC texture. Under instructions of our application consultants, all trained chefs or various guest chefs from gastronomy business, a variety of themes is offered and performed. Duration and number of participants may vary for individual events. In general a course lasts between 3 to 5 hours. The number of participants in a course is limited to about 20 persons.
The registration must be in writing by letter, fax or e-mail. The registration form may be requested by calling +49 3327 785602 or by downloading at www.basic-textur.de.
3. Participation fee
The participation fee for each cooking course is indicated in the workshop program. The prices quoted are excluding VAT. The cooking courses include a cooking training, the menu, accompanying beverages, the recipes, BASIC texture and all additional services quoted for the booked course.
The payment is made in advance, in cash or by invoice, with the date of payment specified, however the latest on the day of the cooking course. All payments shall be made to the following account of:
5. Cancellations / Reimbursements
In the case of rebooking a cooking course by the customer a course at another date can be attended as long as there are still places available. We will charge a rebooking fee of 10.00 €. For cancellation made by the customer received 14 days prior the booked course the participation fee minus 10.00 € handling fee will be refunded. For cancellations made by the customer received less than 14 days prior the booked course 50 % of the participation fee will be refunded. For cancellations made by the customer 7 days or less prior the booked course the participation fee will not be reimbursed and the right to participate will be lost. The same applies in case of default of appearance. There is no claim of reimbursement. A transfer to other participants with prior notice is possible.
In the case of cancellation by herba cuisine for health or organizational reasons or due to a low number of participants an alternate date will be offered or the participation fee can be reimbursed without deduction upon request.
6. House rules
The customer is obliged to adhere and follow all instructions of the seminar host.
The participants are personally liable for damaged facilities and equipment at the venue. Participants are responsible for damages and accidents caused directly, to other participants. The liability towards the participants for accidents, loss or damages is not assumed by herba cuisine.
