We can guarantee that our spice mixes contain of selected spices and herbs only and no flavours, extracts, flavour enhancers or other additional ingredients such as flow aid have been added. You can also be confident that you will receive the same high levels of quality that you have come to expect from us.

What makes BASIC flavor so special

In comparison to known spice preparations and spice salts our spice mixes do not have salt or sugar. Therefore our spice mixes are ideal for taste enhancing of dishes that are already salted. The taste intensity of your dishes are characterized individually to achieve your perfect seasoning.

Quality
Since we consciously avoid so-called free flow agents for our BASIC flavor spice mixes it is possible that the ingredients may stick together after a while.
In this case you can loosen up the mixes with a spoon and dose as usual.
Our spice mixes do not contain salt! Do not forget to salt your dishes as desired.

The BASIC flavor spice mixes are free from flavours, extracts, flavour enhancers or other additional ingredients. They are made from the best herbs and spices in top quality.

Spice mixes:
Spice mixes are mixtures that consist of spices and herbs only.

Spice preparations:
Spice preparations are mixtures from one or more spices with other flavor-giving and/or taste-tainting ingredients. They contain at least 60 percent spices.

Seasoned salt:
Seasoned salts are spreadable mixtures from salt and spices, dried herbs and other seasoning ingredients.
With the basic principles of the German Foodstuffs Code seasoned salt has to contain at least 40 percent salt and 15 percent spices.
